Start with a theme. It’s the easiest way to make every decision that follows simpler. A theme helps you figure out decorations, games, and invites in one swoop. 

Theme:

• Ask your child! What’s their favorite show, movie, or character right now?

• Don’t overthink it. Kids will love any theme if it’s fun and colorful.

Invites:

• Digital invites with Partiful are free and have no ads. Evite is also an option. 

• Include date, time, location, RSVP details, and ask about any allergies.

• Sending invites about 3 weeks beforehand seems to be the sweet spot.

Step 2: Get the Essentials Ready

Having the right essentials in place makes the day run smoother from start to finish. Here’s everything you’ll need to keep kids happy:

Food and Drinks:
