How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for smaller events and 6-8 weeks for larger festivals or during peak seasons. The earlier you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred date and time.
How many kids can you serve in an hour?
Our balloon twisters can serve 30-35 kids per hour with standard designs and 50-60 kids per hour with a simplified menu. Face painters can serve 15-20 kids per hour, depending on the complexity of the designs.
Do you provide both balloon twisting and face painting at the same event?
Absolutely! You can hire both services or even one entertainer who switches between balloon twisting and face painting midway through the event for smaller gatherings.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Our minimum booking time is typically two hours, but we can adjust based on your needs. Contact us for a personalized quote!
How much do balloon twisters and face painters cost?
Both professional balloon twisters and professional face painters typically charge between $100 and $150 per hour per entertainer. I highly recommend not going outside of this range. Anyone more than $150/hour is typically not worth the extra money, and almost everybody that reaches out for a last minute event does so because a less expensive entertainer canceled with no warning.
What type of balloons and face paint do you use? Are they safe for kids?
We use high-quality, biodegradable balloons and hypoallergenic, water-based face paints that are safe for children’s skin. All our materials meet strict safety standards.
What kinds of balloon designs or face painting options do you offer?
We've attached our standard menus below! We also carry a 2 more balloon menus and 2 more face paint menus for faster and slower paced events.
What if the weather changes? Do you work outdoors?
Yes, we work outdoors but recommend a shaded or covered area to keep us and the kids comfortable. For rain and extreme cold or heat, an indoor/covered space is needed.
Can you accommodate large crowds?
Yes! For big events, we recommend multiple entertainers to keep lines moving smoothly. We’re happy to advise on how many you’ll need based on your estimated attendance.
Do you require a deposit to book?
No deposit is required. Payment is due the day of the event, and let us know when you’re ready to confirm and we’ll put you on our calendar.
Are your balloons bad for the environment?
Not at all! We use Qualatex balloons which are 100% biodegradable, not plastic, and harvest latex without harming trees. Read more here.
What supplies do you need from me?
Nothing! Each face painter brings their own table and chairs and each balloon twister brings their own table. A shaded or indoor space is greatly appreciated.
How do you manage long lines at big events?
Prevention is the best solution. We ask that you book an appropriate number of entertainers for the amount of kids you are expecting. If the line is longer than the event, we swap to faster designs so everyone in line gets a turn.
Can adults participate in balloon twisting or face painting?
Of course! Our services are for everyone, and we’ve serviced a wide range of people from 0 to 103 years old!
What’s the best entertainment option for my budget?
If you’re on a budget, we recommend balloon twisting. It’s faster and serves more kids per hour. For a smaller event, one entertainer who can switch between services is a great option.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We allow cancellations up to a certain number of days before the event with a full refund of your deposit. After that, partial refunds may apply. Let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
